With the first order that you place, you are automatically bound by all policies published on this site. We encourage our customers to read through all of our policies so they understand our processes and procedures and their obligations. Customer Use of BigAssignments.com Products

Customer who order and receive products from BigAssignments.com own those products, but with certain restrictions on their use. Products you receive may not be shared, traded, sold, or distributed, nor may they be used for any commercial purpose. Customers may make copies of products for their personal use only. Customers further agree that the purpose of products is for study, research and reference. Should a customer decide to use products for any other purpose, BigAssignments.com is neither responsible nor liable for any consequences.

Customer Contact Information

Customers agree to provide personal information, to include full name, email address, and a reliable phone number. Accuracy of this information is absolutely necessary so that their writers and other customer staff members may contact them when necessary.

Cancellation of Orders

Please read this policy carefully, in the event you must cancel an order:

  • If an order cancellation is received by us before we have assigned a writer, the customer will receive full refund
  • If an order cancellation is received after a writer has been assigned, refunds will be calculated based upon the amount of work that writer has already completed. Writers must be paid for their work.

Customers may choose to place any refund amount on account with BigAssignments.com, in order to use them toward the cost of future orders.

Research Materials to be Used

Many product orders require research. In these cases, the writer will take into account the topic and the academic level of the customer, in order to use the resources that are most suitable and current.

If customers require specific research titles, then these must be listed in the order form field for “Additional Information.” If the resources are readily available through our library subscriptions, then of course they will be used. If not, the customer must supply those materials.

In the event that a student is unable to provide the resources and the writer can only locate the materials through fee-based sources, we will contact the customer immediately. The customer will be responsible for these fees, and they must be paid before we can begin work on the order. In these instances, we will make every attempt to contact customers by telephone, so that order delays will be occur.

Completing the Order Form

Customers must use the order form on the website. If there are any questions about completion, the customer support department is open 24 hours a day to assist. All fields must be filled in, so that we have the necessary detail to assign the proper writer. Once the form is completed, customers are urged to check the form for accurately before submitting it. We cannot be responsible if incorrect information is provided.

We will send a verification of each order via email. This provides another opportunity for the customer to re-check the order details for accuracy. If any mistake is found, customer assumes full responsibility for notifying customer service immediately.

Upon completion of their first order, customers will receive a personal account portal and will be asked to establish an access password. It will be important for the customer to check his/her account portal often. Writers often have questions or needs for clarification. Failure to check and delay in responses to messages can result in delays for which neither the writer nor the company can be responsible.

Payment at Time of Order

When orders are received, payment is expected. If payment is not made, the order will not be processed. BigAssignments.com uses a third-party processor with SSL-certification to ensure that financial information remains secure. The company does not receive or store any financial information.

Occasionally, a customer’s bank may require identity verification. If this occurs, we will contact the customer by telephone and request the documents be sent over immediately. These can be sent via phone, scan/email, or fax. It is critical that the customer get these documents to us immediately, so that delays in order processing do not occur.

Delays in Production and Delivery

Customers identify their deadline dates on the order form. We will only assign that order to a qualified individual who is able to complete it on time.

If there is ever a delay for which we are responsible, we will always provide a partial refund and a coupon for a discount on the next order. These delays rare occur and are usually the result of an emergency situation with the writer.

Delays may occur that are attributable to customers, such as the following:

  • Customers fail to respond to messages from their writers or from the company.
  • Customers have not provided required research materials of the required fees to obtain those materials within the timeframe we have given them.
  • Customers did not provide payment at the time or order submission.
  • Customers have not submitted identity verification documents as requested
  • Customers discover mistakes in the original order after work has begun, and changes must be made.

In all of these instances, neither the writer nor the company shall be liable for any delays.

Plagiarism

BigAssignments.com is proud that it has never delivered a piece of writing that has contained any plagiarism. The reason for this is that all completed writing is passed through our plagiarism detection software before delivery to our customers.

If a customer believes that any part of a received product contains plagiarism, s/he should contact us immediately and upload the document for our investigation. As well, the report indicating the plagiarism must be presented.

If, at any time, plagiarized content might be present, we will issue a refund. Again, this has never occurred.

Technical Events

While rare, there are occasions when technical difficulties delay production and/or delivery. Such incidents are usually the result of power outages or Internet service provider issues. We cannot control such incidents and therefore cannot be responsible for delays that may occur.

Jurisdiction

The legal authorities that have jurisdiction over our business are those in the city, province, region, and country in which our corporate headquarters exists. We comply with all laws and regulations within this jurisdiction.

While BigAssignments.com is located in Australia, customers from other jurisdictions may be subject to different laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the laws within his/her jurisdiction. BigAssignments.com is not responsible for failure of a customer to comply with such legal requirements.

To date, there are not laws or regulations that prevent the use of our writing services. We operate as any other e-commerce retailer.

Revisions

We urge customers to read our Revision Policy carefully. This policy outlines how you request revisions, the timeframe for requesting them, and when fees may be required.

Communication

We know from experience that customers get what they want when there is close communication with their writers and when they contact us with any questions or issues. We are also committed to communicating with our customers whenever we need information. When good communication is in place, there are not errors or mis-understandings.
